The text is in good condition but with a slight "buckling" of the paper.
There has been repair to the binding (17th/18th century sprinkled calf with pairs of blind fellets towards outer edges, and 2 pairs parallel to spine; blind roll around board edges; evidence of chaining towards head of uuper foredge) including a new spine and at present the front board is loose.

The t.p. of the second part bears the author's name.
